One of Old Town Pittsburg’s best-kept secrets, the California Zinfandel Championship has been in existence for over 2 decades and is the highlight of the end-of-summer season. The Championship, held annually, serves as a platform for our prestigious panel of judges to conduct blind tastings of some of the best wines in the region. Accompanied by an "Italian Village" themed formal dinner, on the beautiful Pittsburg Marina, the Championship is an opportunity for participants and wine lovers alike, to dine under the stars, enjoy live orchestra, and watch recipients receive awards before the Grand Champion is announced.
