Duty of Care
Each board member is active in organizational planning and decision making, exercising reasonable care when making a decision for the organization.

Duty of Loyalty
PACF's board members never use information gained through his/her position for personal gain and always act in the best interests of the organization. Our board members take precaution to avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts.
Duty of Obedience
Our board members are faithful to the PACF's mission. They act ways that are consistent with the organization's goals and manage donated funds to fulfill the organization's mission.
